Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actor and singer. Her most well-known work is her roles in the theatre as well as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Van der Pol landed her first television role in 2003, playing the young Chelsea Daniels, starring with Raven-Symone Orland Brown and Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels still remains one Van der Pol's most memorable and most well-known roles that she has played for kids, teens as well as adults. Her acting abilities that won her critical praise for portraying a ditzy and outgoing character. It was initially a challenge for some because of the seriousness in her previous parts. The actress portrayed Heather on Kim Possible in 2006. One of her debut voices was on this role. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars on pop/R&B versions of The Lion King's Circle of Life (from The Lion King) as well as Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart Creates ("A Dream Is a Wish made by your heart") to be released as special editions of both films. For an edition of Disneymania in 2006, van der Poli covered the Disney Classic Candle on the Water. While playing the role of Belle van der Pol on broadway, she's recorded a number of songs featured on the film's soundtrack. One such song is her famous A Change in Me.
